You want to report an user for the violation of our terms of service? Then this is a tutorial to that.

Subject of the mail of complaint (Example): ,,Conexizan complaint: [jid-of-the-user@conexizan.de] due to/as a [Reason of complaint/Type of user (i.e.: Nazi)]"

Important for the content of this mail: You need to describe the user. Explain in rich details how they have drawn attention as an unwanted person, what they wrote. Please do also describe, if this user was active in channels or groups (if so, which ones?) and if they moderate some themselves.

With a complaint, we will observe the user in public channels or analyse, whether they moderate some. Also, data the user made public does count as well (for instance over their vCard).
