Terms of service
As of: January 10th 2026

This XMPP server permanently remains free of cost for use and we (the operators of the project) will never demand any fees. Still, the use of the XMPP server is prohibited under specific conditions.

The use of the service and a registration on it are forbidden for the following people and groups of people:

Fascists

People, who determinate themselves to right-leaning views (whether officially or based on their statements and deeds) or who are members in a party or organization, which through the media or themselves is known as right, right-populists, far-right and other penetrant words of trivialization of this ugliness.

Officials of a state or a government

People, who either have a position as a minister of a government, as a faction in the parlament or as a commune in regional substates and count to the bourgeois class (the class of the rich, the exploiters...). This also applies for people of other nations with varying power constructs.

Aristocrats, lobbyists and capitalists

People, who own the means of production in a company (as private possession) and profit off of the wage labor of employees as well as members or officials from monopolist and profit-oriented companies, which have wide reaching influence on the politics of a nation state and creep around in so-called third world countries, development countries or emerging markets.

Members of exterior or interior secret agencies

People, who work for the intelligence agency of a nation state and internally or externally follow specific orders of surveilling people from various political spectres and collect sensitive information from and about civilians against their will.

Restrictions on the choice of a username: Usernames in the Jabber ID are only allowed to consist of specific characters and latin letters, but numbers are also permitted. A registration will automatically be rejected or generally counts as inadmissible, when the username consists of the following words or names or has these included:

"*admin*", "*administrator*", "*operator*", "xmpp", "root", "support" (Incorrectly naming oneself as an operator)

"*vormrodo*" (Completely reserved for the operator of this project)

"*hitler*", "*adolf*", "*mussolini*", "*hirohito*", "*pinochet*", "*netanyahu*" (Names of fascists won‘t be tolerated)

"*nsdap*", "*afd*", "*whitepower*", "*nazi*", "*israel*", "*zionist*", "*fascist*" (Fascist parties or words won‘t be tolerated)

* Entire words, characters and numbers from 0-9 and a-Z.

Even referencing these inadmissible words or names with simple character changes for the evasion of the blacklist is inacceptable. Racist and discriminating slurs like the N word are also prohibited.

Restrictions on the creation or operation of group chats or channels: It is not allowed to create, operate or moderate channels, if they are thought for the following topics:

Trivialization, sympathisation and favorization of discrimination, racism, fascism.

Meetup of and for members of a fascist party or organization.

Connection for the sale of illicit goods and any drugs (even if they are legal now or not).

Distribution and exchange of content with depictions of sexual child abuse, rape, torture and murder.

We do not take legal responsibility for users who commit the criminal activities that are listed above and make themselves criminally persecutable.

Spamming is strictly prohibited on our server.
The registration of an account for spam attacks is undesirable and if this is not being complied with, then the anti spam protection that we set up will make sure that spam accounts on our server lose specific privileges. For this purpose, the Prosody community module "mod_firewall" is being utilized.

The trade of drugs, weapons or other illicit goods and the exchange of content with depictions of sexual child abuse is strictly prohibited on our server.
The abuse of our server for the trade of illicit goods or exchange of CSAM won‘t be tolerated.

In case of a violation of our terms of service, there will be the following consequences:

Unwanted groups of people or individuals will be ripped off of their accounts and those will be deactivated or deleted.

Group chats or channels which violate our terms of service will be dissolved and the account(s) of the operator(s) deleted.

Account deletions happen without informing the user.
